“Be grateful for small things, big things, and everything in between.” This was the main theme around my 3rd and final ayahuasca ceremony in Hawaii… Simply put, just being truly thankful for LIFE! <3
The morning after every ayahuasca ceremony, we have integration. What we do is we all gather back in the maloca (our ceremony space) and tell each other about our journeys we had with the medicine from the night before. But prior to that, the very first thing we do is talk about what we’re grateful for. The audio below is a recording of me talking to all my peers about what I’m grateful for…
After everyone has had their turn with the gratitude practice, we then go around again and discuss our visions and messages we got from Mother Aya. Please listen to mine, below…
FINAL THOUGHT
I’m truly overwhelmed with so much gratitude and love in my heart. Ayahuasca continues to be my teacher, to help me heal and grow as a human being. As much as I love traveling and exploring the world, no trip or adventure can ever compare to the knowledge and love that I gain from these ayahuasca retreats. I feel so so honored to have shared such an amazing space with such beautiful souls at the sanctuary in Hawaii. My heart is so full and I’m forever grateful for this unforgettable experience.
If any of you have any questions regarding ayahuasca and about the medicine itself, please don’t hesitate to comment below or reach out to me directly.
Also, for those of you who have been following my journey, I’ve presented my blog in 3 different formats. I’ve used just written words and pictures, used video, and also just audio. Can you all please give me feedback on which method you prefer the most so that I have a better understanding of what my audience likes? It will help a great deal with how I present my blog from here on out.
With my WHOLE heart, thank you all sooooooo much for tuning in! Please check back every Tuesday/Wednesday of the week for new posts. =)
P.S. A reminder to all, “The secret to having it all is realizing that you already do!” <3

Hey there!! Thank you for sharing this!! I would love to do the ayahuasca ceremony in Hawaii too. Do you have their contact info that you can share with me? I am coming to Hawaii in two weeks! Thank you :)))
Hi Elaine! Thanks for reaching out to me. 🙂 Sorry for the slight miscommunication but the retreat was set up by my friends. We actually flew our own shamans out there so there’s no specific ayahuasca retreat center in Hawaii. Sorry. Have a wonderful trip in Hawaii. 🙂
Its superb as your other blog posts : D, regards for posting.
