Hey, I’m Tracy! I’m a free-spirited gal with a MISSION. My mission is to show people the beauty this world truly has to offer.

I’ve worked really hard for many years as a dental hygienist, making a good living for myself. In my terms, I feel like I’ve already “made it” because I live comfortably with the freedom to travel and do what makes me happy, as I please. But in my heart, there’s a burning desire to do more. NOW is the time to venture out and follow my true calling. Not only do I want to enjoy life for myself, I want to be able to make a positive impact in another’s life as well. How can I bring a smile to THEIR heart??

In addition to the love I have for travel and having these “first time” experiences, I’ve grown a passion for teaching yoga. I believe so much in its benefits because I can fully admit, with confidence, that yoga has changed my life. I hope to share it with as many people as possible.

So my plan is to travel around the globe completely immersing myself in each culture, giving back, and teaching yoga when and wherever I can. Not only is yoga a physical practice for me, it’s a practice of just BEING in every given moment. LIVING in every landscape, with the people and their eats, to the adventures, big and small, I’m going to BE in it all. I’m wholeheartedly embracing all the blessings that I’ve been given and taking you on this journey to help others live their BEST life too! I’m so damn excited because this adventure is going to be freakin’ EPIC!
